The expertise of our teams (also) extends internationally. So what would be a good example of that? Well, it’s here in the ultra-sophisticated Barrio (district) of Salamanca in Madrid. In December 2017, just a few minutes from the Prado national museum, we acquired the 1,000 m2 first floor of 18 Via Claudio Coelho, a typical late 19th century building with a listed façade, for refurbishment. The quality of this building is precisely what you would expect for this prestigious address, where it took a year of work to transform the interior with a spectacular, light-filled private staircase to the first-floor offices, brushed brass doors, bespoke furniture, a gym, a restaurant and a library under the leadership and guidance of star interior designer Pascal Allaman. No effort has been spared in transforming the space into one of the most beautiful offices in the Spanish capital today. They are now let and remain in our portfolio.
